Kenna Lann Tattoo Loyalty Rewards Card

Kenna Lann offers a Loyalty Rewards Card to all clients that have been tattooed by her at least twice in one calendar year! Every $100 spent with Kenna Lann earns $20 worth of tattoo credit, which can be redeemed for $200 in total value once the card is full. Below is the full terms and conditions for Kenna Lann’s Loyalty Rewards program:
Tattoo credit can only be redeemed once a Loyalty Rewards Card is full and all 10 punch slots have been filled. A full Rewards Card has the value of $200!
A minimum tattoo appointment of $300 or more is required to redeem the $200 value of a Loyalty Rewards Card. The reason for this is to guarantee no $0 days for either Kenna, or the shop that she is working at. Thank you for your understanding of this policy!
In order to redeem a Loyalty Rewards Card, the card must be physically present and handed over to Kenna at the beginning of the redemption appointment.
The redemption of a Loyalty Rewards Card cannot be split between multiple appointments.
Loyalty Rewards Cards cannot be stacked. A client will not be able to receive a new Rewards Card to fill out until they have spent their last full Rewards Card, regardless of whether or not they choose to continue to get tattooed before redeeming their last Rewards Card.
What this means: If a client decides that they want to save a full Rewards Card for a particular project, but they continue to get other tattoos prior to their redemption project, then they will be giving up the right to earn any new tattoo credit on the cost of the in between projects.
The only exception to this is if a client previously lost a Rewards Card, started a new one, and then found the lost card prior to finishing the second card. Lost and new cards cannot be combined though and must be filled one at a time.
Kenna Lann has a log of all Loyalty Rewards Cards that are currently in circulation, who they belong to, and how many punches each issued Rewards Card has.
The log is used to verify the number of punches on each issued Rewards Card upon redemption and to keep track of any earned rollover tattoo credit that a client has earned towards their next card.
Rewards Cards must still be physically exchanged for redemption even with the existence of the log or no tattoo credit can be redeemed. No Rewards Card, no tattoo credit.
Regardless of the Loyalty Rewards Card log:
It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their Rewards Card.
If the client loses their Rewards Card, they must start over from scratch with a new one. Losing a Rewards Card loses the tattoo credit that was earned on that card completely and forever.
If the client finds a previously lost Rewards Card, but has obtained a new one, the client may only collect on one Rewards Card at a time until full and redeemed.
Loyalty Rewards Cards never expire, but clients must be patient when scheduling redemption appointments as Kenna Lann must schedule them accordingly.
The tattoo credit on a Loyalty Rewards Card may be transferred or gifted between clients! However, this can only be done once a Rewards Card is full and the original owner of the Rewards Card physically surrenders it in exchange for a gift certificate in the name of their chosen recipient.
